Da ieri anche la Convenzione per i diritti nel Mediterraneo è a Ustica con Un Ponte Per, nell'Isola che ha visto la deportazione degli oppositori libici alla colonizzazione italiana. Come nelle altre piccole isole qui sono stati reclusi per anni e spesso vi sono morti, centinaia di abitanti della Cirenaica e della Tripolitania che l'Italia liberale, prima di quella fascista, aveva voluto invadere alla ricerca di un presunto posto al sole. Una pagina vergognosa della storia italiana per troppo tempo rimossa e nascosta sotto il tappeto del mito "italiani brava gente". Siamo venuti qui, con Arci, Yekatit12, Anpi, Cgil, Un altra storia Aps, il Centro Studi Ustica, che ringraziamo per l'accoglienza.
