A Favara il 21 e 22 Marzo un incontro per il “Mediterraneo casa comune”, con la dichiarazione dei giovani per la pace nel Mediterraneo e la costruzione dell’Atlante Storico delle Culture dei Popoli del Mediterraneo
Continuano le attività della Convenzione dei Diritti nel Mediterraneo, convenzione firmata a Palermo nel Marzo 2022 da ottanta delegati di Albania, Algeria, Bosnia, Comunità Curda, Egitto, Francia, Grecia, Iraq, Italia, Libano, Libia, Macedonia del nord, Malta, Marocco, Palestina, Siria, Spagna, Tunisia, Turchia, con rappresentanti di associazioni, enti locali, personalità della cultura e del terzo settore.
Venerdì 21 e Sabato 22 Marzo prossimi alla Sala Agape del Convento di San Francesco a Favara (AG) si terrà l’incontro dal titolo “Mediterraneo casa comune”, un altro momento della costruzione dell’Atlante Storico delle Culture dei Popoli del Mediterraneo, che sarà anche l’occasione della condivisione con studenti e studentesse della dichiarazione dei giovani per la pace nel Mediterraneo. Parteciperanno all’incontro delegati della Convenzione dei Diritti nel Mediterraneo dalla Turchia, Tunisia, Albania, Algeria, Macedonia del nord, Marocco e Italia.
Il programma dell''incontro promosso da Un'Altra Storia, sostenuto da Fondazione Sicilia e patrocinato dal Comune di Favara e da Medinova, prevede Venerdì 21 Marzo alle ore 9.30, dopo i saluti istituzionali, la condivisione della dichiarazione dei giovani per la pace nel mediterraneo, e nel pomeriggio alle ore 15.30 l’incontro del gruppo di lavoro della Convenzione per la costruzione dell’Atlante Storico delle Culture dei Popoli del Mediterraneo, incontro che continuerà Sabato 22 Marzo alle ore 9.30, mentre nel pomeriggio di Sabato alle ore 18 si terrà un incontro pubblico aperto a tutti sul tema “Mediterraneo casa comune”
Proprio in questi giorni nei quali i media di tutto il mondo parlano della corsa al riarmo soprattutto in Europa, la condivisone della dichiarazione dei giovani per la pace nel Mediterraneo assume una valenza molto importante. Sono ragazzi e ragazze che vivono, lavorano e studiano sulle quattro sponde del Mar Mediterraneo, preoccupati perché la regione, che storicamente è stata culla di civiltà e scambio culturale, è ora segnata da conflitti e instabilità. La loro preoccupazione si accresce mentre assistiamo ai continui attriti, violenze e turbolenze politiche che affliggono l’area, vedendo comunità distrutte, vite perse e futuri infranti dal ciclo incessante di conflitti. E l’area del Mediterraneo in questo contesto di corsa al potenziamento degli armamenti, può assumere un ruolo importante verso una reale politica di pace e disarmo.
E per consolidare il progetto della Convenzione dei Diritti nel Mediterraneo, che ha tra i suoi obiettivi l’affermare una concezione del Mediterraneo come nuovo spazio creatore di unaumanità che vuole vivere insieme, riconoscere le matrici comuni nella storia, nella geografia, nelle culture dei popoli del Mediterraneo, per ridare centralità ad una identità mediterranea plurale assunta come base delle relazioni tra i popoli dell’area, la costruzione di un Atlante della Culture dei Popoli del Mediterraneo diventa fondamentale. Nell’incontro del gruppo di lavoro per la costruzione di questo importante Atlante, si cercherò di creare un modello culturale che interpreti le esigenze fondamentali dell’insieme dei popoli del Mediterraneo, quali pace, salute, acqua, alimentazione, saperi, capacità, beni comuni pubblici caratterizzanti la realtà del Mediterraneo da tutelare, approfondire, sviluppare.
La strategia d’azione che si intende attuare pone alla base un rifiuto di qualsiasi forma di colonialismo culturale, un consapevole sviluppo delle relazioni cooperative tra Istituzioni locali e Società civile, il rispetto del patrimonio culturale e ambientale, la valorizzazione della memoria proveniente da una storia millenaria, l’impegno nella salvaguardia, recupero e valorizzazione delle identità e tradizioni locali. Nei confronti di questi beni comuni pubblici i popoli del Mediterraneo non sono solo titolari di diritti ma costituiscono un soggetto geopolitico collettivo attivo che si assume la responsabilità di promuovere l’Agorà degli abitanti del Mediterraneo, come massa critica vettore di cambiamento.

À Favara, les 21 et 22 mars, une rencontre pour la « maison commune méditerranéenne », avec la déclaration des jeunes pour la paix en Méditerranée et la construction de l'Atlas historique des cultures des peuples de la Méditerranée
Les activités de la Convention sur les droits de l’homme en Méditerranée se poursuivent, convention signée à Palerme en mars 2022 par quatre-vingts délégués d’Albanie, d’Algérie, de Bosnie, de la communauté kurde, d’Égypte, de France, de Grèce, d’Irak, d’Italie, du Liban, de Libye, de Macédoine du Nord, de Malte, du Maroc, de Palestine, de Syrie, d’Espagne, de Tunisie, de Turquie, avec des représentants d’associations, d’autorités locales et de personnalités du secteur culturel et du tiers secteur.
Vendredi 21 et samedi 22 mars prochains, à la Salle Agape du Couvent de San Francesco à Favara (AG), aura lieu une rencontre intitulée « Maison commune méditerranéenne », un autre moment dans la construction de l’Atlas historique des cultures des peuples de la Méditerranée, qui sera aussi l’occasion de partager avec les étudiants la déclaration des jeunes pour la paix en Méditerranée. Des délégués de la Convention sur les droits de la Méditerranée de Turquie, de Tunisie, d’Albanie, d’Algérie, de Macédoine du Nord, du Maroc et d’Italie participeront à la réunion.
Le programme de la rencontre promue par Un'Altra Storia, soutenue par la Fondazione Sicilia et sponsorisée par la municipalité de Favara et Medinova, comprend le vendredi 21 mars à 9h30, après les salutations institutionnelles, le partage de la déclaration des jeunes pour la paix en Méditerranée, et l'après-midi à 15h30 la réunion du groupe de travail de la Convention pour la construction de l'Atlas historique des cultures des peuples de la Méditerranée, une réunion qui se poursuivra le samedi 22 mars à 9h30, tandis que le samedi après-midi à 18h aura lieu une réunion publique ouverte à tous sur le thème « Maison commune méditerranéenne ».
C'est précisément en ces jours où les médias du monde entier parlent de la course aux armements, notamment en Europe, que partager la déclaration des jeunes pour la paix en Méditerranée prend une valeur très importante. Ce sont des garçons et des filles qui vivent, travaillent et étudient sur les quatre rives de la mer Méditerranée, inquiets car la région, qui a été historiquement le berceau de la civilisation et des échanges culturels, est aujourd’hui marquée par les conflits et l’instabilité. Leur inquiétude grandit à mesure que nous assistons à des frictions, des violences et des troubles politiques continus qui ravagent la région, voyant des communautés détruites, des vies perdues et des avenirs brisés par le cycle incessant du conflit. Et la région méditerranéenne, dans ce contexte de course aux armements, peut jouer un rôle important vers une véritable politique de paix et de désarmement.
Et pour consolider le projet de Convention sur les Droits de la Méditerranée, qui a parmi ses objectifs l’affirmation d’une conception de la Méditerranée comme un nouvel espace créatif d’une humanité qui veut vivre ensemble, reconnaître les matrices communes dans l’histoire, la géographie, les cultures des peuples de la Méditerranée, redonner de la centralité à une identité méditerranéenne plurielle assumée comme base des relations entre les peuples de la zone, la construction d’un Atlas des Cultures des Peuples de la Méditerranée devient fondamentale. Lors de la réunion du groupe de travail pour la construction de cet important Atlas, nous tenterons de créer un modèle culturel qui interprète les besoins fondamentaux de tous les peuples de la Méditerranée, tels que la paix, la santé, l'eau, l'alimentation, la connaissance, les compétences, les biens publics communs caractérisant la réalité de la Méditerranée à protéger, à approfondir, à développer.
La stratégie d’action que nous entendons mettre en œuvre est basée sur le rejet de toute forme de colonialisme culturel, le développement conscient des relations de coopération entre les institutions locales et la société civile, le respect du patrimoine culturel et environnemental, la valorisation de la mémoire issue d’une histoire millénaire, l’engagement pour la sauvegarde, la récupération et la valorisation des identités et des traditions locales. A l’égard de ces biens communs publics, les peuples de la Méditerranée ne sont pas seulement titulaires de droits mais constituent un sujet géopolitique collectif actif qui assume la responsabilité de promouvoir l’Agora des habitants de la Méditerranée, comme vecteur de masse critique de changement.

Precisely in these days in which the media from all over the world are talking about the arms race especially in Europe, the sharing of the declaration of the young people for peace in the Mediterranean takes on a very important value. They are boys and girls who live, work and study on the four shores of the Mediterranean Sea, worried because the region, which historically has been the cradle of civilization and cultural exchange, is now marked by conflict and instability. Their concern grows as we witness the continuous friction, violence and political turbulence that afflict the area, seeing communities destroyed, lives lost and futures shattered by the incessant cycle of conflicts. And the Mediterranean area in this context of a race to strengthen armaments, can take on an important role towards a real policy of peace and disarmament. And to consolidate the project of the Convention on the Rights of the Mediterranean, which has among its objectives the affirmation of a conception of the Mediterranean as a new space creating a humanity that wants to live together, recognizing the common matrices in the history, geography, cultures of the peoples of the Mediterranean, to restore centrality to a plural Mediterranean identity assumed as the basis of relations between the peoples of the area, the construction of an Atlas of the Cultures of the Peoples of the Mediterranean becomes fundamental. In the meeting of the working group for the construction of this important Atlas, we will try to create a cultural model that interprets the fundamental needs of all the peoples of the Mediterranean, such as peace, health, water, food, knowledge, skills, public common goods characterizing the reality of the Mediterranean to be protected, deepened, developed.
The action strategy that we intend to implement is based on a rejection of any form of cultural colonialism, a conscious development of cooperative relations between local institutions and civil society, respect for cultural and environmental heritage, the valorization of memory from a thousand-year history, the commitment to safeguarding, recovering and valorizing local identities and traditions. With respect to these public common goods, the peoples of the Mediterranean are not only holders of rights but constitute an active collective geopolitical subject that takes on the responsibility of promoting the Agora of the inhabitants of the Mediterranean, as a critical mass vector of change.

في فافارا يومي 21 و 22 مارس اجتماع من أجل "البيت المشترك للبحر الأبيض المتوسط"، مع إعلان الشباب من أجل السلام في البحر الأبيض المتوسط وبناء الأطلس التاريخي لثقافات شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط
تتواصل أنشطة اتفاقية حقوق الإنسان في البحر الأبيض المتوسط، وهي الاتفاقية التي تم توقيعها في باليرمو في مارس 2022 من قبل ثمانون مندوبًا من ألبانيا والجزائر والبوسنة والجالية الكردية ومصر وفرنسا واليونان والعراق وإيطاليا ولبنان وليبيا ومقدونيا الشمالية ومالطا والمغرب وفلسطين وسوريا وإسبانيا وتونس وتركيا، مع ممثلين عن الجمعيات والسلطات المحلية وشخصيات من القطاع الثقافي والقطاع الثالث.
الجمعة المقبلة 21 والسبت 22 مارس في Sala Agape في دير القديس فرانسيسكو في فافارا (AG) سيكون هناك اجتماع بعنوان "البيت المشترك للبحر الأبيض المتوسط"، لحظة أخرى في بناء الأطلس التاريخي لثقافات شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط، والذي سيكون أيضًا فرصة لمشاركة إعلان الشباب من أجل السلام في البحر الأبيض المتوسط مع الطلاب. سيشارك في الاجتماع مندوبو اتفاقية حقوق البحر الأبيض المتوسط من تركيا وتونس وألبانيا والجزائر ومقدونيا الشمالية والمغرب وإيطاليا.
يتضمن برنامج الاجتماع الذي تروج له منظمة Un'Altra Storia، بدعم من مؤسسة Sicilia وبرعاية بلدية فافارا ومدينوفا، يوم الجمعة 21 مارس في الساعة 9.30 صباحًا، بعد التحية المؤسسية، مشاركة إعلان الشباب من أجل السلام في البحر الأبيض المتوسط، وفي فترة ما بعد الظهر في الساعة 3.30 مساءً اجتماع مجموعة العمل التابعة لاتفاقية بناء الأطلس التاريخي لثقافات شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط، وهو اجتماع سيستمر يوم السبت 22 مارس في الساعة 9.30 صباحًا، بينما سيكون هناك اجتماع عام مفتوح للجميع في فترة ما بعد الظهر يوم السبت في الساعة 6 مساءً حول موضوع "البيت المشترك للبحر الأبيض المتوسط".
وبالتحديد في هذه الأيام التي تتحدث فيها وسائل الإعلام في جميع أنحاء العالم عن سباق التسلح وخاصة في أوروبا، فإن مشاركة إعلان الشباب من أجل السلام في البحر الأبيض المتوسط يكتسب قيمة مهمة للغاية. إنهم فتيان وفتيات يعيشون ويعملون ويدرسون على الشواطئ الأربعة للبحر الأبيض المتوسط، وهم يشعرون بالقلق لأن المنطقة، التي كانت تاريخيا مهد الحضارة والتبادل الثقافي، أصبحت الآن تعاني من الصراع وعدم الاستقرار. ويتزايد قلقهم بينما نشهد استمرار الاحتكاك والعنف والاضطرابات السياسية التي تعاني منها المنطقة، ونرى المجتمعات تدمر، والأرواح تفقد، والمستقبل يتحطم بسبب دورة الصراع المتواصلة. ويمكن لمنطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، في سياق سباق التسلح هذا، أن تلعب دوراً هاماً في اتجاه سياسة حقيقية للسلام ونزع السلاح.
ولتعزيز مشروع اتفاقية حقوق البحر الأبيض المتوسط، الذي من بين أهدافه تأكيد مفهوم البحر الأبيض المتوسط باعتباره مساحة إبداعية جديدة للإنسانية التي تريد العيش معًا، والاعتراف بالمصفوفات المشتركة في تاريخ وجغرافيا وثقافات شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط، واستعادة المركزية للهوية المتوسطية التعددية المفترضة كأساس للعلاقات بين شعوب المنطقة، يصبح بناء أطلس لثقافات شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط أمرًا أساسيًا. في اجتماع مجموعة العمل لبناء هذا الأطلس المهم، سنحاول إنشاء نموذج ثقافي يفسر الاحتياجات الأساسية لجميع شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط، مثل السلام والصحة والمياه والغذاء والمعرفة والمهارات والسلع المشتركة العامة التي تميز واقع البحر الأبيض المتوسط الذي يجب حمايته وتعميقه وتطويره.
إن استراتيجية العمل التي نعتزم تنفيذها ترتكز على رفض أي شكل من أشكال الاستعمار الثقافي، وتنمية واعية للعلاقات التعاونية بين المؤسسات المحلية والمجتمع المدني، واحترام التراث الثقافي والبيئي، وتقدير الذاكرة القادمة من تاريخ يمتد لألف عام، والالتزام بحماية واستعادة وتقدير الهويات والتقاليد المحلية. وفيما يتعلق بهذه السلع العامة المشتركة، فإن شعوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط ليست مجرد أصحاب حقوق، بل تشكل كيانًا جيوسياسيًا جماعيًا نشطًا يتحمل مسؤولية تعزيز أغورا سكان البحر الأبيض المتوسط، باعتبارها كتلة حرجة ناقلة للتغيير.
