Il rinnovo dell’accordo di cooperazione militare con Israele svela il vero significato che la presidente del Consiglio, Giorgia Meloni, diligente epigona di Trump, attribuisce all’”Occidente”, parola di cui si riempie spesso la bocca: non una comunità politica fondata sul diritto e sull’universalità dei diritti umani, ma uno spazio di impunità riservato ai suoi membri e ai suoi alleati. Un perimetro geopolitico dentro il quale tutto può essere giustificato, assolto o rimosso: l’occupazione, la devastazione di territori civili, la punizione collettiva, l’aggressione a paesi sovrani, la violazione sistematica del diritto internazionale. È un’idea gerarchica e coloniale dell’Occidente.
Rinnovare oggi la cooperazione militare con Israele in presenza dei mandati di arresto nei confronti di Benjamin Netanyahu e Yoav Gallant per presunti crimini di guerra e contro l’umanità della Corte penale internazionale e mentre davanti alla Corte internazionale di giustizia è aperto un procedimento per violazione della Convenzione sul genocidio e mentre sono in corso bombardamenti sulla popolazione civile di paesi sovrani, non è un fatto tecnico, ma una scelta politica e morale che oltretutto espone l’Italia alla vergogna dell’accusa di complicità coi crimini del governo Netanyahu.
Il rinnovo fa dell’Italia parte della filiera di normalizzazione della guerra e dimostra l’indifferenza della destra di governo per la sofferenza delle popolazioni palestinesi, libanesi, iraniane, dell’intera regione.
Siamo di fronte all’ennesima conferma di una gerarchia coloniale delle vite umane. Ai popoli del Sud globale si chiede obbedienza. Agli Stati protetti dall’Occidente si continua a perdonare l’imperdonabile: occupazione, bombardamenti, aggressioni, punizione collettiva, distruzione di ospedali, scuole, infrastrutture civili, annientamento materiale di intere comunità.
La Convenzione per i Diritti nel Mediterraneo, nata per affermare il Mediterraneo come spazio di pace, democrazia e convivenza, esprime una ferma condanna e considera questo rinnovo incompatibile con una politica di pace e con ogni credibile difesa dei diritti umani.

Ce renouvellement fait de l'Italie un maillon de la chaîne de normalisation de la guerre et démontre l'indifférence de la droite au pouvoir face à la souffrance des populations palestiniennes, libanaises, iraniennes et de toute la région.
Nous sommes face à l'énième confirmation d'une hiérarchie coloniale des vies humaines. On exige l'obéissance des peuples du Sud global. Aux États protégés par l'Occident, on continue de pardonner l'impardonnable : l'occupation, les bombardements, les agressions, la punition collective, la destruction d'hôpitaux, d'écoles, d'infrastructures civiles et l'anéantissement matériel de communautés entières.
La Convention pour les Droits en Méditerranée, née pour affirmer la Méditerranée comme espace de paix, de démocratie et de coexistence, exprime une ferme condamnation et considère ce renouvellement comme incompatible avec une politique de paix et avec toute défense crédible des droits de l'homme.

The Convention for Rights in the Mediterranean, founded to affirm the Mediterranean as a space of peace, democracy, and coexistence, expresses a firm condemnation and considers this renewal incompatible with a policy of peace and any credible defense of human rights.

إن تجديد التعاون العسكري مع إسرائيل اليوم، في ظل وجود مذكرات اعتقال صادرة عن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بحق بنيامين نتنياهو ويوآف غالانت بتهمة ارتكاب جرائم حرب وجرائم ضد الإنسانية، وبينما لا تزال هناك قضية مفتوحة أمام محكمة العدل الدولية بشأن انتهاك اتفاقية منع الإبادة الجماعية، وفي وقت يستمر فيه قصف المدنيين في دول ذات سيادة، ليس مجرد إجراء تقني، بل هو خيار سياسي وأخلاقي يعرض إيطاليا لوصمة الاتهام بالتواطؤ في جرائم حكومة نتنياهو.
إن هذا التجديد يجعل إيطاليا جزءاً من منظومة تطبيع الحرب، ويثبت لامبالاة اليمين الحاكم بمعاناة الشعوب الفلسطينية واللبنانية والإيرانية والمنطقة بأسرها.
نحن أمام تأكيد جديد على التراتبية الاستعمارية للأرواح البشرية؛ حيث يُطالب شعوب 'الجنوب العالمي' بالطاعة، بينما يُستمر في غفران ما لا يُغتفر للدول التي يحميها الغرب: من احتلال وقصف واعتداءات وعقاب جماعي وتدمير للمستشفيات والمدارس والبنى التحتية المدنية، والإبادة المادية لمجتمعات بأكملها.
إن اتفاقية الحقوق في البحر الأبيض المتوسط، التي تأسست لتؤكد أن المتوسط فضاء للسلام والديمقراطية والتعايش، تعرب عن إدانتها الشديدة وتعتبر هذا التجديد غير متوافق مع سياسة السلام ومع أي دفاع ذي مصداقية عن حقوق الإنسان.
